Personalized Somatic Meditation Instruction
Personalized Somatic Meditation Instruction can be done online and in person.
I have been studying meditation formally since 1986. I am an authorized meditation instructor and staffed Naropa University's Maitri Space Awareness residential retreats for several years. I have attended and staffed numerous month-long silent residential retreats in various meditation lineages. I am authorized to teach somatic meditation and the Maitri Space Awareness practice. I staffed Will Johnson’s Posture of Meditation courses that incorporated Rolfing in a meditation retreat setting. I offer personalized meditation instruction and group classes to anyone who is interested in adding meditation in their healing.
